An immune system is a collection of mechanisms within. The lymphatic system consists of organs, ducts, and nodes. It transports a watery clear fluid called lymph. When functioning properly, the immune system identifies and attacks a variety of threats , including viruses , bacteria and parasites , while distinguishing them from the body’s own healthy tissue. The immune system protects the body against disease or other potentially damaging foreign bodies.
When the immune system is overactive , this is called an autoimmune disease. It recognises the cells that make up your body, and will try to get rid of anything unfamiliar.

It destroys germs (bacteria and viruses) and parasites. But this defence system can also cause problems. It is unarguably important to your survival, considering that, without it, you would be completely disassembled by pathogens quickly. Today I’ll explain the different components of the immune system.
For your body to work properly it requires healthy food. Try to develop the habit of eating plenty of vegetables and fruits, moderate amounts of lean meats, and plenty of water.
