Caitlin Little , Greensboro teen with anterograde amnesia. Immediately, she began. To her, it feels like yesterday. But she knows there is a caring. Her brain resets every night when she sleeps, so she can’t form new memories.

How does her family help her deal with her condition, over a year after the accident ? Caitlin is one of four children in the Little household. Her family has traveled the country searching for. At age she was running as a freshman on the cross country team. She was preparing for the biggest race of the season when she took a severe blow to the right side of her head from kids playing around on the sidelines. Together we are creating technology to help individuals and families impacted by memory loss.


She started walking at months ol running at months ol” remembers her mother Jennifer. Every morning, waking up, she thought she was still the day after the accident. Experts call this particular disorder “anterograde amnesia”, a memory loss that concerns only the experiences that occurred after the trauma and not the previous ones.
