How does sugar affect the immune system? What are the effects of sugar on the immune system? When you eat large amounts of sugar , your blood sugar increases. Insulin helps normalize those blood sugar levels , but over time, your cells become overwhelmed and resistant to the signals of this hormone.


First, it produces an overall nutritional deficiency, depriving the body of valuable immune- boosting nutrients.

Once your blood sugar is elevate it affects your immune system. We have to get your immune system back up and working in top notch form again. If these invaders are not stoppe.
